In my role as a Technical Director I was creating a vision and a strategy for the technology department that supported overall organizational goals and successfully applied it through transformational leadership, dedication and hands on mentality. My decisions are well weighted and boosted by gathered knowledge from individuals and teams, to achieve best outcome.

I have won and supported many pitches for technical work and forged great client relationships through consulting, support and successful product delivery.

Throughout my career I've gained extensive experience in working as a technical project lead and delivered a number of products to the market. Applying different methodologies(Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP…) based on project needs and state I’m always striving to deliver best possible user experience within given constraints: time, scope, budget.

Depending on the type of challenge you trying to solve, I could be helpful to your organization with technical consultancy, oversight, technical audit or recommendations to teams, C-level, 3rd parties or partners.
